One-Time Purchase Terms & Agreement
By placing an order with Kootenay Custom Concrete (the “Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:
Customer acknowledges that all orders must be paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery. By providing payment details, the Customer authorizes Kootenay Custom Concrete to charge the provided payment method for the full order amount, including but not limited to material costs, delivery fees, wait time fees, and any applicable surcharges.
All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Changes to orders are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, site accessibility, or unforeseen operational issues.
Customer is responsible for ensuring the job site is ready and accessible for delivery. If the site is not prepared or accessible at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply, including but not limited to wait time fees or return trip charges. Once the concrete is delivered and poured, the Company is not liable for any issues related to improper handling, placement, or finishing by the Customer or any third party.
